Do I work on Apple products?

Yes I do! I have both the expertise and tools to work with and repair Apple devices. Apple devices are unique and I take repairs on a case-by-case basis.

I'm not sure what's wrong with my device, can you fix it?

I offer comprehensive diagnoses for $40 after which we can talk about the recommended repairs.

I live far away/I cannot deliver the device, what can I do?

Most software-based services I offer can be done remotely/over the phone. For hardware-based repairs I charge a $30 device pickup/drop off fee for Aberdeen and Hoquiam. A price can be discussed for other areas.

I need a new computer, which one do I buy?

Contact me and we can set up a consultation session where I can walk you through buying a computer that fits your exact needs.

I don't need repairs, but I have a tech related question, can I ask you?
